The Framecad® system is a modern, fast, and high-quality machine for light steel frames. Framecad® production systems are manufactured in New Zealand.

We use two Framecad® machines, the TF350 and TF550, to produce 89 mm profiles at 1 mm per minute with a thickness of 1.15 mm, and 150 mm profiles at 1 mm per minute with a thickness of 1.15 mm. ​

  • Framecad machines are manufactured in New Zealand.
  • We use two Framecad machines, the TF350 and the TF550.
  • We produce 89 mm profiles in one minute with a thickness of 1.15 mm and 150 mm profiles in one minute with a thickness of 1.15 mm.
  • All galvanized steel rolls are accompanied by certificates of origin that attest to the quality of our steel.

The TF350 and TF550 Construction System Offers:​

    • Heavy-duty system capable of rolling materials up to 14 gauge or 6 mm thickness, enabling the construction and erection of mid-rise buildings.
    • Multiple side flange heights available within a single profile, allowing the selection of the appropriate profile based on the structural engineering requirements of the project.
    • Smart internet connectivity provides cloud-based data reporting for real-time production management and technical diagnostics to enhance efficiency.
